Does Reaper have a (destructive) wave editor ?

I.e. drawing directly in the waveform ? (like in Samplitude etc.). Or is this feature planned ?

Reaper is 100% non-destructive and I don't think anyone plans on making it less than 100%. On a side note, one can set up a primary and secondary external editor so that double-click et al will open the file in that editor, edit, save, return to reaper. The only caveat is if editor is one that exclusively locks the file while open.

Render tracks to mono/stereo stem tracks is a good destructive move :) You could even do a take->implode items across tracks into takes afterwards.
