Plug In\'s Not Working

I've run into a problem when I try to use my plug ins. I can preview with the Plugin ok, but when I click "process", no change is applied to the selected audio. This is happening on all plugin Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. This condition just started out of no where.. I jave not added or upgraded anything on this machine. Currently running PTLE 6.4. Thanks in advance

Make sure "Use In Playlist" is selected.
