I have Waves Silver Bundle, CLA vocals, and Eddie Kramer Guitar Channel running fine on Windows 10 64bit, and Reaper 5.1 64 bit. No issues with installation or activation, and I don't find Waves Central to be intrusive. Just works. I bought all mine used from KVR for big discounts. Not crazy about Waves as a company or the whole WUP thing but those are different issues.

In the future before you purchase any waves plugins just Google waves 10 percent discount then take code and apply you can do this any time
